Realbanc Limited is in the process of creating a little village in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the Lagos metropolis with the added advantage of creating a haven of safety, serenity, comfort and style. All of these are obtainable within the Victoria Brooks Village. This community can be referred to as a fusion of contradiction, it a place where the most contemporary houses are set against the backdrop of a village setting with beautiful landscape, well laid out trees and a water fountain surrounded by a mass of water right in the middle of the village.

The visitor comes in through the gates that are covered with our local bamboo which shall also be applied to the perimeter fence (alternatively, we can paint the walls with clay/earth colour). The whole essence is to create a village that integrates peace, purity, harmony and balance.

The village is located right in the heart of Lekki Peninsula Phase 1 in the Eti-Osa Local Government of Lagos State. It is right by the side of Victory Park Estate (a development of Grant Properties Limited), and in front of Pinnock Beach Estate (a development of UACN Property Development Company Plc.). It is a 10.03 hectare of excellently located property. The parcel of land is covered by a certificate of occupancy and the Lagos State Government has given approval for the layout of the village and the land has been sand filled and ready for development.
